Our Growing Team Needs More Space

Over the last several months, our business has expanded significantly. In fact, our Spain team is now ten times larger than it was previously. This growth means we’re supporting more customers than ever before — and to continue delivering the high level of service you expect, we now need more space and a larger central base for our operations.

With this in mind, from 31st March 2026, we will be bringing all our Spanish administration and customer services together at our new Head Office in Algorfa (Alicante).

As a result, our office in Jávea will close on that date.

This move allows our growing team to work together under one roof, improving communication, efficiency and service standards — while giving us the space we need to continue expanding and investing in supporting our customers.

Most importantly, please be reassured that this change does not affect your funeral plan in any way. Your plan, payments and terms remain exactly the same, and your funds continue to be securely protected in trust under UK regulation.
