Terms and conditions for Golden Leaves’ AFPOP (association for foreign residents in Portugal) members discount [OFFER CODE: AFPOP26]

Offer open in conjunction with purchase of Golden Leaves’ Direct Cremation Plan, Simple Funeral Plan, Traditional Funeral Plan and Repatriation Funeral Plan

1. Applies only to purchases of new plans in the offer period and does not extend to plan upgrades and downgrades made within the same term.
2. Applies only to purchases of new plans made by telephone or in person with the assistance of Golden Leaves’ sales staff.  Excludes any plan purchase made independently via Golden Leaves International website.
3. Discount will be either £100 or €115 off the advertised price of funeral plans relevant funeral plans at time of purchase.
4. The purchaser must provide the offer code [AFPOP26] at point of purchase.
5. The purchaser must provide a valid AFPOP membership number and produce their membership card to qualify for the discount.
6. The purchaser must be a Portugal Resident at the time of purchase and provide a Portuguese residential address for correspondence (not including addresses in Madeira or the Azores).
7. Only the purchaser will qualify for the discount on any new plan.  Transfer of discounts to any other person is prohibited.
8. The discount cannot be applied retroactively.
9. The discount cannot be transferred or reinstated in the event of plan cancellation.
10. The purchaser must not have been either plan purchaser or plan holder of any other Golden Leaves funeral plan in the 12 months prior to the date of plan purchase.
11. The offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.
12. There is no cash alternative.
13. Where we reasonably suspect fraud, Golden Leaves reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer without notice.
14. Offer is at the sole and exclusive discretion of Golden Leaves Limited and may be altered, suspended or withdrawn at any time and without notice.
15. Offer not open to any employee, supplier, partner of Golden Leaves Limited.
